The Access Center is your primary resource for accessibility services during the Festival.
The Access Center will be located at the main Guest Services tent inside the main festival entrance (boardwalk between N. Division Street and 1st Street), just past the VIP entrance and on the left. There will be a secondary access center located at the Guest Services tent just inside the S Division St. Entrance.
Services available at the Access Center include:
- Accessibility information and assistance
- Accessibility wristband requests
- Accessible viewing area information
- Deaf Services & ASL (American Sign Language) information and registration
- Hard of Hearing Services & Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs)
- Blind & Low Vision Services - Large-print and Braille materials (when available)
- Charging access for powered mobility devices
- Answers to any additional accessibility-related questions
